I just got back from the bar in ClemPson, South Carolina... this was a place I felt no connection to... un lugar que no me llama. But tonight, I drove home and when I got here, I parked my car and I stared up at the sky. Through the pines. Through the firs... and I saw this big moon. And I heard the crickets chirping. And the frogs singing. And I thought, "this is a moment in time."
Never will I spend a summer in SC ever again. This has been my in between point while traveling the world. But I'm ready to start my next phase. To be an adult. To start graduate school (in something I love, no less) and finish with honors and get a baller job. I am ready for this.
And I hope you are too.
And I hope I keep up with this in the future. I think I will update the title now, considering I am no longer in Ecuadorrrrr. But I wish I was. I want to go back next summer. We shall see.
